TEAM REGISTRATION: The coach will register under the Team Price of $827 ($780 + $47 Fee), and each individual player will register under the "Player Price WITH a team" ($0)
INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION: If you are registering as an individual player, register under "Player WITHOUT a team" $191 ($180 + $11 Fee)
